5K & Kids Fun Run
A race to benefit Hopatcong’s youth!

We are excited to host the third annual Chief’s Challenge, a race to benefit Hopatcong’s youth. Net proceeds from the race will be awarded in the form of a scholarship to a graduating Hopatcong High School student(s) who has excelled both academically and athletically.

Prizes:

Gift certificates to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers by age group.

The course is through scenic Hopatcong with mile splits and water at the half way point and finish. The start will begin at the H.S. track parking area and finish on the H.S. track. It will be a challenging course with rolling hills as well as flat portions. Enjoy music, refreshments, prizes and the general camaraderie of a community looking to support its high school student athletes.

The Chief’s Challenge has been created to reward a Hopatcong High School senior(s) who has excelled in both the classroom and through athletic achievement. The event is a way for the Hopatcong community to join together and support its youth and help offset the cost of college tuition in the form of a scholarship.

Sponsors are welcome to assist us with the cost of this undertaking. If you are affiliated with a business or corporation that would be interested in expressing support, please click on the links below.

Sponsorship of a running event is an effective advertising tool while at the same time is a great way to support the future educational endeavors of Hopatcong’s college bound seniors.

Mission Statement

The Paul D. Pinsonault Memorial Foundation was created by the Pinsonault family to honor Paul’s memory, his dedication to community, and his commitment to helping others. Our mission is to provide communities with opportunities for betterment; to facilitate constructive change for the community in which we live; to provide inspiration and stimulate personal growth; and create healthy and productive lives.

Our current goal is to help communities raise funds needed to pursue civic causes in the areas of education and cancer research.
